This IT Intern position provides Level 1 support for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic network connectivity issues. The role involves responding to service requests, assisting with hardware setup and deployment, performing account-related tasks such as password resets and user provisioning/deprovisioning, and documenting issues and resolutions. The intern will also escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff, support onboarding/offboarding processes, assist with asset tracking, and participate in IT projects.
