About The Position

BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States. The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) supports the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare by offering paid internships for undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the career development program, students can expect to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degreed program, with a preference given to students who have completed at least their freshman year. Students will gain exposure to a variety of professional experiences, including professional development training and workshops, extensive networking opportunities, interaction with senior leaders, and a dedicated support network. This specific internship is looking for 2027-2028 graduates majoring in Healthcare Administration or Project Management. The internship will run from June 2026 to May 2027, with 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. Candidates must have a 2027/2028 graduation date and reside in the STL area for the duration of the internship.
