About The Position

This is a 12-week internship with Arcwood Environmental, providing hands-on experience in the assigned department. The Intern, Pricing will work with the extended Pricing teams and support the launch of Dynamic Pricing, a major change in how services are priced. The intern will gain experience across phases of a system rollout, including testing, training, go-live, and adoption tracking. The role prioritizes health and safety and supports testing, launch readiness, training, change management, analytics, and pricing analysis.

Requirements

• Be an enrolled, full-time college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, information systems, mathematics/statistics, or a related field.
• Have an overall GPA greater than 2.7.
• Have a GPA in the major greater than 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices.
• Support testing and launch readiness for Dynamic Pricing and CPQ functionality, documenting results, challenges, and outputs.
• Assist in creating training materials, reference guides, and FAQs explaining the product and how to use it.
• Support change management, communications, training sessions, and adoption initiatives.
• Use analytics and reporting, including creating and maintaining dashboards, to monitor performance, adoption, manual overrides, discount behavior, turnaround time, win rates, and system effectiveness.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing analyses and provide actionable insights based on evolving business needs.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
