About The Position

Inter Miami CF is seeking an IT Intern for its paid, part-time Number 10 Internship program during the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. The intern will provide technological troubleshooting and customer service in a dynamic environment, responding to support requests, resolving hardware and software issues, documenting work, and helping prepare equipment and provide IT support for events and game days. The internship runs from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027, and is scheduled for fewer than 20 hours per week. Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong reliability and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with members at all levels of the organization.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Passion for fútbol.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to internal and external technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to support follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support installation and setup of new computer equipment and software.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Assist with setup and preparation of events and game days, and provide on-site IT support during these activities.
