About The Position

Yum! Brands is seeking a part-time Internal Audit intern to support its Operations, Franchise & IT Audit team for a full-year program from January through December 2027. The work spans aspects of the business including Finance and Accounting, Food Safety, supply chain management, and IT Security. The role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, in a hybrid environment: work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The program provides hands-on experience, coaching from leaders, professional development, and opportunities to network with interns and team members.

Requirements

Current college student graduating on or before January 2027, or current graduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics.
Available to work part-time for one year.
U.S. citizen or unrestricted work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Passion for food, community involvement, and corporate social responsibility.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and willingness to work through ambiguity.
2–3 years of experience in Records Information Management or a related field.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

A minor in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative area.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Domo and/or process automation tools such as UiPath or Alteryx.
Knowledge of Microsoft O365, particularly SharePoint Groups and Kofax Capture.
