About The Position
MSIG USA is seeking an Internal Audit Intern to gain hands-on experience in risk management, operations, financial controls, auditing, and compliance. The intern will work alongside experienced auditors to learn how the company evaluates risks, improves operations, and ensures compliance with regulations. The program runs from June 7, 2026, to August 13, 2027, and begins with a three-day induction in Warren, New Jersey, from June 7 to June 9, 2026. The position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days in the office per week and pays $25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Numerical aptitude and interest in understanding how businesses operate.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Help perform audits by analyzing data, reviewing processes, and assessing company operations for alignment with internal controls and regulations.
- Identify process gaps and learn to recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations that summarize audit findings for different departments.
- Learn about regulations and best practices from industry experts and through continuous learning.
