About The Position

MSIG USA is seeking an Internal Audit Intern to gain hands-on experience in risk management, operations, financial controls, auditing, and compliance. The intern will work alongside experienced auditors to learn how organizations evaluate risk, improve processes, and comply with regulations. The program runs from June 7, 2026, through August 13, 2027, and includes a three-day induction in Warren, New Jersey, from June 7–9, 2026. The position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office and pays $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfort with numbers and interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audits by analyzing data, reviewing processes, and assessing operations against internal controls and regulations.
• Help identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations communicating audit findings to different departments.
• Learn about regulations and best practices through guidance from industry experts and continuous learning.
