About The Position

The Corporate Partnerships Intern supports the Harrisburg Senators’ Corporate Partnerships team—including the Director, Sales Team, and Activation Team—in executing and activating corporate partnership accounts. The role involves weekly office hours and hands-on support during games and special events. The internship takes place in spring and summer 2024 and includes work at necessary 2024 home games, or until internship credit is fulfilled.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including necessary 2024 home games or until internship credit is fulfilled.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Punctuality and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professionalism and a fan-friendly attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with baseball.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and implementing activation for more than 100 corporate partnership accounts.
• Help coordinate and deliver contracted assets for partner fulfillment.
• Work with partnership sales staff to develop client marketing and sponsorship strategies and implement sales initiatives.
• Help develop and produce year-round sponsorship proposals, presentations, and contracts for the department.
• Help capture game-day photos and maintain an accurate image library for monthly and year-end Proof-of-Performance reports and recaps, supporting partnership contract fulfillment.
• Complete ad hoc projects from Club Leadership.
• Assist with partner-related game setup and serve as a liaison for on-site partner activations.
• Oversee trade partnership agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
