About The Position

The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational 17-month program designed to provide participants with a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network within the Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) sector. It offers a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience and opportunities for career shaping. The program includes a 1-week orientation followed by robust onboarding training covering various CRB functions, allowing graduates to gain a well-rounded understanding of the industry while diving deep into their specific business area. The Client Advocacy Personal Lines team focuses on providing personal risk management and insurance solutions for private clients, simplifying their lives by managing personal risks intelligently and comprehensively to align with their financial goals and risk tolerance. This involves understanding the client's individual situation and asset protection needs, with WTW offering the expertise and solutions to manage their risk. A role within this team is suitable for individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and comfort in client-facing roles.

Requirements

  • Must have completed a WTW 2026 summer internship
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Date of Graduation between May 2026 – May 2027
  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstration of strong time and task management skills
  • Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback and deliver accurate work product
  • Relationship management and customer focus; ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally with teammates to serve customers
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, analytically driven and detail oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Works with client advisors to build submissions, check policies for accuracy, and aide with client communication
  • Assist on any deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meeting & RFPs
  • Help build content to assist in communicating market trends to clients and COI’s
  • Ensure that quality and compliance procedures and processes are adhered to
  • Record and maintain all information accurately in the appropriate system(s)
  • Begin your understanding of core insurance principles and brokerage concepts
  • Obtain the required insurance license within ninety (90) days of your date of hire
