About The Position

Linde Engineering North America LLC is seeking a Civil / Structural Engineering intern for an on-site summer internship in The Woodlands, Texas, or Tonawanda, New York. The intern will apply classroom lessons in a real-world engineering setting, learn about the company’s products, processes, and functions, and receive an assignment within the engineering group. Working under the guidance of a mentor, the intern will complete a well-defined project with key deliverables that provide value to the organization by the end of the internship. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Linde Engineering Americas is a technology, engineering, procurement, and construction firm providing solutions in areas including hydrogen, air separation, carbon capture, adsorption, gas processing, deep cryogenics, liquefied natural gas, and fired process equipment. The intern is expected to learn and abide by Linde’s Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and professionalism in communications, actions, and decisions.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
Ability to demonstrate past leadership in school, internship, or sporting activities.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience through at least one relevant off-campus internship or co-op is preferred.
