About The Position

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to be in the office 4 days per week. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on Business Analyst experience in the rapidly growing field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As an intern, you will learn and assist in identifying and analyzing business processes suitable for AI technologies. Your work will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT professionals to gather requirements, document processes, and create test cases. Additionally, you will participate in quality assurance testing and provide Level One production support for AI projects, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of the solutions. The ideal candidate should be on track to graduate in May 2027 or later with a degree in technology, business analysis, information systems, business, or a related field. The internship is full-time (40 hours per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm) during the summer and part-time (approximately 20 hours per week, based on class schedule and company business hours) during the school year.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors degree in business, insurance, technology, or related field
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills

  • Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize
  • Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the AI Solutions Business Analyst in attending meetings with process owners to understand and gather requirements automation requests
  • Learn to identify and analyze business processes for AI suitability
  • Document current and future state process flows
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure proper understanding and build of documented requirements
  • Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
  • Prepare and conduct QA testing to ensure the quality and functionality of automation solutions
  • Provide Level One production support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with AI solutions
  • Respond to users in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and store project documentation
  • Follow department standards, policies, and procedures
  • Facilitate effective meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
