About The Position

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring an Intermediate IT Specialist in Latin America to join its remote-first global team as a contractor. The role supports a US-based executive’s technical environment and ongoing projects, troubleshooting Windows systems, AWS, networking, and other tools while taking ownership of technical tasks and guiding Junior IT Specialists. The role involves hands-on administration of cloud resources, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and network and remote-access tools; maintaining and debugging Python scripts; and using AI assistants such as Claude while verifying their output. The specialist will communicate directly with the executive and Security team, document work, follow security procedures, and obtain approval before sensitive changes.
