Interior Restoration Specialist - $4k Bonus

About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Interior Restoration Specialist with at least 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience. The mid-level technician will repair automotive upholstery and interior components, perform color matching and fabric dyeing, and repair vehicle glass and windshields. The position is based in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center and uses state-of-the-art tools. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Repair damaged cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic components, and stitching.
Color match and dye cloth and fabric.
Repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields.
