About The Position

Eliot is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to join its Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. ACCS provides clinically focused, evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person-centered and delivered by a multidisciplinary team in residential or community-based settings.

The Intensive Case Manager provides side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with rotating evening and weekend shifts. Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase. The annual salary range is $52,000–$56,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

• Collaborate with the team and each individual to develop a person-centered treatment plan.
• Support individuals in becoming fully integrated into their communities by helping them build natural supports.
• Empower individuals to take control of their lives, with a focus on treatment, leisure activities, employment, and personal recovery.
• Provide on-call coverage as part of a rotation during evenings and weekends.
