About The Position

Eliot is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to join its Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. ACCS provides clinically focused, evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person-centered and delivered by a multidisciplinary team in residential or community-based settings.

The Intensive Case Manager provides side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement. The role includes community outreach, collaboration on person-centered treatment planning, and supporting individuals as they build natural supports and become integrated into their communities. The position also includes rotating evening and weekend on-call coverage. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with rotating weekend and evening shifts. Annual salary is $52,000–$56,000. Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
