About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Intensive Case Managers to provide individualized, person-directed support in mental health. The role assists adults with mental illness in accessing medical, social, educational, and other needed services. Desired outcomes include independent living, vocational and educational participation, adequate social supports, and reduced hospitalization. The position is full-time and non-exempt, with pay of $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

Meet one of the following educational and experience pathways: high school diploma with 12 credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or another social science, plus two years of human services experience including one year of direct client contact; a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or nursing; or registered nurse licensure.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Valid driver's license and daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
Successfully complete the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
