About The Position

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader for Intelligent Infrastructure Services Advisory to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives for complex, global organizations. The role combines infrastructure engineering expertise with advisory, program leadership, and executive-level client engagement. The lead serves as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders, helping modernize, optimize, and future-proof infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The position includes advising senior client executives on infrastructure strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps; leading complex infrastructure engineering programs; translating business objectives into architecture and delivery plans; and providing thought leadership on infrastructure trends. The role also oversees end-to-end infrastructure engineering solutions and engagement delivery, and supports business development through solution shaping, executive workshops, and proposal leadership. Travel may be required, varying from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting.
Minimum 8 years in a leadership role delivering large-scale infrastructure or cloud programs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; candidates with an associate's degree must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Experience with compute, storage, network, virtualization, and platform services.
Knowledge of resiliency, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery.
Experience developing infrastructure strategy and roadmaps, cloud adoption frameworks and migration factory models, operating models and organizational designs, and cost optimization, FinOps, and infrastructure rationalization.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, DevOps, SRE, modern infrastructure delivery practices, and tooling for observability, monitoring, and operational analytics.
Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, program and portfolio governance, stakeholder management across business and technology leaders, and team leadership.
Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Advise senior client executives on infrastructure strategy, operating models, and technology transformation roadmaps.
Lead complex infrastructure engineering programs, including cloud migration, data center transformation, resiliency and disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization.
Translate business objectives into actionable infrastructure architectures and delivery plans.
Provide thought leadership on emerging infrastructure trends, including cloud, automation, resilience, cost optimization, and AIOps.
Design and oversee end-to-end infrastructure engineering solutions across compute, storage, network, platform, and service management.
Own delivery excellence, risk management, financial performance, and client satisfaction for large engagements.
Support business development through solution shaping, executive workshops, and proposal leadership.
Lead teams, coach team members, and develop talent.
