About The Position

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader to guide Intelligent Infrastructure Services Advisory and lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives for complex, global organizations. The role combines infrastructure engineering expertise with advisory, program leadership, and executive-level client engagement. The successful candidate will advise CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders on modernizing, optimizing, and future-proofing infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The role includes shaping infrastructure strategy and architecture, leading complex engineering programs, and translating business objectives into delivery plans. It also entails owning delivery excellence, risk management, financial performance, and client satisfaction for large engagements, as well as supporting business development through solution shaping, executive workshops, and proposal leadership. Travel may be required and can vary from 25% to 100%, depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting.
Minimum 8 years in a leadership role delivering large-scale infrastructure or cloud programs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; candidates with an associate's degree must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
Program and portfolio governance experience.
Stakeholder management skills across business and technology leaders.
Ability to balance hands-on infrastructure engineering credibility with a strategic advisory mindset.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for executive audiences.
Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through infrastructure transformation.
Passion for building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.

Experience developing infrastructure strategies and roadmaps, cloud adoption frameworks, migration factory models, operating models, and organizational designs.
Knowledge of cost optimization, FinOps, and infrastructure rationalization.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevOps, SRE, modern infrastructure delivery practices, observability, monitoring, and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

Advise senior client executives on infrastructure strategy, operating models, and technology transformation roadmaps.
Lead complex infrastructure engineering programs, including cloud migration, data center transformation, resiliency and disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization.
Translate business objectives into actionable infrastructure architectures and delivery plans.
Provide thought leadership on emerging infrastructure trends, including cloud, automation, resilience, cost optimization, and AIOps.
Design and oversee end-to-end infrastructure engineering solutions across compute, storage, network, platform, and service management.
Own delivery excellence, risk management, financial performance, and client satisfaction for large engagements.
Support business development through solution shaping, executive workshops, and proposal leadership.
Lead, coach, and develop teams and talent.
