About The Position

Barbaricum is seeking operations and intelligence professionals with experience using the Palantir platform. In this Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst role, you will support Palantir implementation teams and strengthen relationships with client user groups. You will work alongside analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop Palantir use cases, and solve operational and technical problems. The work may involve embedding with users across the world or sharing insights with Palantir team members in company offices. You will also facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise and support customer success.

The position is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and may require domestic and international travel up to 25% of the time if needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms, such as Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Gaia.
• U.S. citizenship, as required by the U.S. Government contract.
• Eligibility for a TS/SCI or above clearance, as required by the U.S. Government contract.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and demonstrate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time if needed.

Nice To Haves

• Recent, in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms.
• Military, special operations, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders.
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts and operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to understand their workflows.
• Develop relationships with users at customer sites and identify gaps in use cases.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and working with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely, detailed product feedback to the Palantir engineering team.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
