About The Position

Barbaricum is seeking operations and intelligence professionals experienced with the Palantir platform to join its team as a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst. The role supports Palantir implementation teams and strengthens partnerships with client user groups. The analyst works alongside users to train and mentor them, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop Palantir use cases, and solve operational and technical problems. Work may involve embedding with users around the world or sharing insights with Palantir team members in company offices. The role also facilitates collaboration across a global enterprise and supports continued customer success.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms, such as Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Gaia.
• U.S. citizenship, as required by the U.S. Government contract.
• Eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance, as required by the U.S. Government contract.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and demonstrate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time if needed.

Nice To Haves

• Recent, in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms.
• Military, special operations, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders.
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• A technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts and operators in classroom settings.
• Embed with user groups to understand their workflows in depth.
• Develop relationships with users at customer sites and proactively identify gaps in use cases.
• Build initial dashboard products and help users develop questions.
• Stay current on platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk, respond to user requests, and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely, detailed product feedback to the Palantir engineering team.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
