About The Position

Barbaricum is seeking an Intelligence Operations Integrator to support Palantir implementation teams as a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst. The role works directly with analysts and users to strengthen their use of Palantir platforms, including through training and mentoring, technical testing and troubleshooting, and development of new use cases. The position may involve embedding with users around the world or sharing insights with Palantir team members in company offices. The role also helps facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise and support customer success.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms, such as Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Gaia.
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Eligibility for a TS/SCI or above clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Recent, in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms.
• Military, special operations, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders.
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts and operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to understand their workflows in depth.
• Develop relationships with users at customer sites and proactively identify gaps in use cases.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and working with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely, detailed product feedback to the Palantir engineering team.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
