About The Position

Barbaricum is seeking operations and intelligence professionals with experience using Palantir platforms to work as a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst. The role supports Palantir implementation teams and strengthens partnerships with client users. The analyst works alongside users to train and mentor them, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop Palantir use cases, and solve operational problems. Work may involve embedding with users around the world or sharing insights with Palantir team members in company offices. The position also facilitates collaboration across a global enterprise and supports continued customer success.

The role requires domestic travel of approximately 50–75%, likely including recurring trips to Colorado Springs, Colorado; Honolulu, Hawaii; and Anchorage, Alaska. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a TS/SCI or higher clearance are required by the U.S. Government contract.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms, such as Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Gaia.
• Technical background and working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and demonstrate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel domestically; the role is expected to involve 50–75% travel.
• U.S. citizenship, as required by the U.S. Government contract.
• Eligibility for a TS/SCI or higher clearance, as required by the U.S. Government contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts and operators in classroom settings.
• Embed with user groups to understand their workflows.
• Develop relationships with users at customer sites and identify gaps in use cases.
• Build initial dashboard products and help users build questions.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and working with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely, detailed product feedback to the Palantir engineering team.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
