The Integration Technician implements and troubleshoots automation systems across multiple active projects and service calls. The role uses in-house integration methods and vendor-supplied hardware and software, and works with customers and sales staff to understand and meet project requirements. The technician also supports potential projects as a technical consultant and completes project and service-call paperwork, including weekly time entry. Work settings range from a typical office to manufacturing plant sites. The position may require travel up to 30%, sometimes with overnight stays averaging one to two nights per week. Travel needs vary by assignment, and customer emergency support may require travel with less than 24 hours' notice. Plant-site work may exceed 40 hours to support project efforts.
