About The Position

The Integrated Planning function at RTX aligns schedules with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders to create an integrated plan that supports long-term sales and operations planning (S&OP). The team uses analytics and optimization of system data to support business processes and improve execution efficiency. This execution role focuses on program readiness for major end-items tied to firm contracts.
