About The Position

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager leads the end-to-end planning function and is accountable for aligning demand, supply, and production scheduling into a consensus plan. The role governs near-term execution across a rolling 12-week horizon and longer-term planning across a rolling 12-month horizon, and owns the monthly IBP cycle connecting commercial, operational, and financial plans. The manager partners closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Scheduling, and other cross-functional teams to drive consensus and translate plans into executable actions that improve service levels, inventory performance, operational efficiency, and asset utilization. The position leads monthly product, demand, supply, integrated reconciliation, and management business reviews, as well as weekly short-term planning. It oversees demand and supply planning, inventory strategy and performance, planning systems, analytics, master data governance, KPI reporting, automation, and continuous improvement. The role is primarily office-based, with regular presence on the manufacturing floor, and may require flexibility during peak planning periods and month-end IBP cycles.
