About The Position

The Integrated Planning function at RTX aligns schedules with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders to develop integrated plans that support long-term sales and operations planning (S&OP). The team applies analytics and optimization to system data to improve execution and enable strategic and tactical decisions that support customer satisfaction and financial performance. This execution-focused role supports program readiness for major end-items tied to firm contracts. The Integrated Planning Lead analyzes production demand profiles and internal and external constraints, ensuring potential issues are understood, communicated, and addressed promptly. The role enables cross-functional decision-making and collaboration through data analysis, simulation, and fact-based influence; drives accountability for known issues; and identifies risk and variability to develop scenario analyses and contingency plans. The execution planner participates directly in scheduling and planning decisions for major deliverables and provides process support and oversight for near- and mid-term plans. Success requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to optimize schedules for factory efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial targets, working closely with cross-functional execution teams.
