About The Position

The Integrated Planning Lead is part of RTX’s Integrated Planning function, which aligns schedules with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders to create an integrated plan that supports long-term sales and operations planning (S&OP). The team uses analytics and optimization of system data to support business processes and improve execution efficiency. This execution-focused role supports readiness for major end-items tied to firm contracts. It requires understanding production demand profiles and internal and external constraints, communicating and addressing potential issues, and enabling cross-functional decision-making through data analysis, simulation, and fact-based influence. The planner identifies areas of risk and variability, analyzes scenarios, and develops contingency plans to support on-schedule delivery. The role directly contributes to scheduling and planning decisions for major deliverables and provides process support and oversight for near- and mid-term plans.
