About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to provide program management tools and analysis to support client objectives. The role works with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects, using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and engaging daily with client stakeholders. The scheduler develops tools to inform the client, communicates findings, and recommends improvements to program leadership. The position contributes to program strategy, helps identify and reduce risks across projects, and supports keeping a critical program on schedule and within budget while improving the acquisition life cycle for a new program. Mentoring and learning resources are available.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using scheduling software, including Microsoft Project.
• At least 2 years of experience preparing Integrated Master Schedules supporting DoD Acquisition Programs, Federal Agency scheduling efforts, or vehicle system development.
• Ability to work with stakeholders toward a common goal and document interdependencies.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with Milestones Professional software.
• Ability to apply Earned Value Management (EVM) best practices to assess program cost, schedule, and performance.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities
