The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate the Evenflo brand and drive growth across core product categories. This role supports the development of consumer-centric, omni-channel marketing plans that bring brand platforms, product innovations, and go-to-market initiatives to life across paid, earned, owned, and retail channels. Working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, PR, Social, Influencer, Retail, and Sales teams, this individual will both lead and support the translation of business objectives and consumer insights into compelling marketing strategies that build brand relevance, accelerate product adoption, and deliver measurable results. In some cases, they will independently own campaigns or workstreams end-to-end, while in others they will contribute as a key partner within broader integrated initiatives, bringing strong strategic thinking, executional discipline, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to flex seamlessly between leading initiatives and supporting team efforts. They bring strong marketing instincts, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to move between big-picture planning and detailed execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
