About The Position

Zoom is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support the Regional Marketing Lead in executing full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across the AMER region. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working cross-functionally across regional and global teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing campaign execution, audience segmentation, reporting, and event coordination while driving alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing within B2B technology or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing tactics across the funnel.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and familiarity with intent-based marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience supporting campaign reporting, optimization, and performance tracking.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting regional or global B2B marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person marketing events.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the AMER region within global campaign pods and communicate campaign updates back to regional stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of integrated full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Own audience segmentation strategy in partnership with Business Operations and Campaign Operations teams.
  • Partner with Campaign Operations on program builds, lead routing, and audience targeting initiatives.
  • Develop and execute email nurtures and Outreach sequences to support pipeline generation and customer engagement.
  • Manage A/B testing strategies and campaign optimization efforts.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights with regional and global teams.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person marketing events as needed.
  • Maintain operational marketing materials and sales enablement assets to ensure teams have updated resources.
  • Partner with external vendors to support sponsorship activations and demand generation campaign deliverables.
