The Integrated Marketing Manager owns the operational execution and go-to-market organization of the Free Fly marketing team. This role serves as the connective tissue across Product, Creative, Community, E-commerce, and Operations—ensuring seasonal launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives are strategically planned, operationally aligned, and executed on schedule. As a core member of the marketing leadership team, this person is responsible for building and managing the systems, workflows, calendars, and processes that keep the department operating efficiently.
