Integrated Marketing Manager

NeweggDiamond Bar, CA

About The Position

This role focuses on owning the UI/UX design of integrated marketing experiences, including landing pages, campaign microsites, promotional modules, and email/lifecycle templates. The position requires producing wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs that balance brand, usability, and conversion. The manager will partner deeply with Business stakeholders and Product Management, acting as an embedded partner to join planning discussions, interrogate business requirements, surface customer pain points, and translate them into clear design and campaign briefs. Collaboration with Marketing’s cross-functional teams such as social media, lifecycle/CRM, content, performance, and brand is essential. The role also involves maintaining the design system and reusable component library for marketing surfaces, ensuring consistency, faster campaign turnaround, and scalable handoff to web/engineering teams. Design and campaign decisions will be grounded in customer insight and data, using analytics, A/B tests, session behavior, and stakeholder input to prioritize and measure success. The manager will act as a connective layer between the Product roadmap and Marketing execution, flagging impacts of product changes on campaigns and ensuring marketing learnings inform the roadmap. Clear communication of designs, rationale, and trade-offs to non-design audiences is crucial for building trust and shared understanding.
