This individual is the operational engine behind integrated, omnichannel lifecycle campaigns, translating strategy into fully built, audience-targeted, and analytically measured campaigns across email, SMS, in-app, and direct mail channels. Working across NRG’s portfolio of energy brands (Reliant, Direct Energy, Green Mountain Energy, and others), the Integrated Campaign Manager collaborates closely with Go-To-Market, CX, and product teams, and brings together data, creative, and technology to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
