Black & Veatch is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant (PMC) Project or Construction Manager to serve as an Owner’s-Representative Program Manager for complex energy and mission-critical infrastructure programs. This role supports PMC delivery models combining onsite execution leadership with home-office project management and controls support. The PMC Program Manager acts as the client’s primary point of coordination and oversight across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. This role does not self-perform EPC, construction, or detailed engineering, but is accountable for integration, controls, and execution assurance on behalf of the Owner. This is a Field Project Manager position that may require being onsite at the project site full-time. Upon project completion, this role may also require relocation to another project site so the candidate needs to be mobile and able to travel frequently.
