About The Position

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their firm as an Intake Specialist/Receptionist. This role serves as the first point of contact for most new clients, involving gathering case information, coordinating client entry into the firm's system, accurately documenting case details, qualifying leads, and directing them to the appropriate consultation process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with accurate data entry, and a willingness to learn common legal terminology. A reliable and upbeat personality is essential for this position.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a intake coordinator, high volume receptionist or customer service representative or office support role.
• Prior experience handling high volume call most preferred.
• Proven computer skills for look up and data entry.
• Have the ability to learn new technology and databases.
• Must have a track record of reliability and on time service.
• Have strong verbal, written, or in-person communication skills.
• Must be highly organized and be able to prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish mostly preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet daily call quota to qualify potential new clients.
• Build rapport with callers via email, phone or in-person.
• Gather data from inquiries to qualify potential new clients.
• Prepare necessary reports.
• Scan documents
• Prepare documents
• Handle high volume incoming and outgoing calls
• Follow script to gather information from callers
• Enter information into an online system
• Front desk reception and office support responsibilities required.
• Gather reports at the end of the shift
