Requirements

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with legal intake processes is preferred
  • Experience with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Intaker is highly preferred
  • Experience working with VOIP systems such as Corvum is a plus
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to process efficiency
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the legal team to maintain an efficient intake process
  • Coordinate communication through phone, email, and SMS platforms
  • Reach out to prospective clients through outbound phone calls and follow up communications
  • Request and follow up on retainer agreements and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow up activities
  • Organize client records and intake documentation
  • Manage and maintain accurate information within the CRM
  • Guide prospective clients through the intake and qualification process
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Track and manage the qualification pipeline
