About The Position
At Anchor Health Home Care, the corporate office team serves as a central hub for communication among clinicians, patients, and families. The Intake Representative guides clients as they begin services, walking them through the intake steps from the start of the process through handoff to their care provider. The role supports home health services for pediatric and geriatric community members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and providers.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with the onboarding process.
- Guide clients through intake steps from the beginning of service through handoff to their care provider.
