About The Position

KabaFusion is hiring an Intake Representative to process referrals and get patients started on service. The role handles referrals for patients receiving chronic therapies, primarily IVIg (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) or SCIg (Subcutaneous Immunoglobulin), and works with commercial, private, and government insurance. The representative collaborates with other departments to provide an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10, and CPT codes.
• At least 2 years of previous intake experience, including eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the intake process by gathering relevant data from referral sources and completing intake paperwork.
• Verify insurance and eligibility, and obtain authorizations when necessary.
• Complete start-of-care paperwork.
• Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.
