About The Position

Esquire Law Services is seeking a full-time, in-office Intake Coordinator to manage incoming calls from potential new clients (PNCs) for multiple law firms. The primary responsibility is to answer and screen these calls from individuals seeking a personal injury lawyer. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a call center or customer service setting and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a call center and/or customer service environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional tone over the phone.
  • Ability to de-escalate angry/upset callers.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls for the Intake Department promptly and effectively.
  • Respond to callers in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, chat, and/or SMS.
  • Identify and assess callers' needs by actively listening and asking investigative questions.
  • Capture detailed notes from callers.
  • Achieve or surpass daily minimum productivity quotas set by management.
  • Follow a defined call flow to ensure all necessary information is captured.
  • Send documents via electronic signature to callers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
