About The Position
Confie and its family of companies are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to sell primarily nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales production goals, building customer relationships, and advising customers on products that fit their needs. The position is on site. Pay starts at $13 per hour, with a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. No cold calling is involved.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambition and motivation to advance professionally.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
- Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet production goals.
- Accurately account for currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank on time, with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
- Build client relationships quickly and educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
