Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee/Sales Representative
About The Position
Confie and its family of companies are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales production goals, building customer relationships, and educating customers about products that fit their needs. It also includes accurately accounting for currency transactions and promptly delivering bank deposits with scanned documentation in the agency management system. The position is onsite and pays $16–$20 per hour, with base pay, uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambition and motivation to advance professionally.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
- Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet agreed-upon production goals.
- Accurately account for currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank promptly, with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
- Build client relationships and educate and advise customers about products that best fit their needs.
