This position is responsible for driving new business into our office while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. Candidates must be intrinsically motivated to seek out new prospects and consistently generate sales by actively pursuing and achieving defined sales targets. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. And that's just the beginning. Requirements

Enjoy Sales
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 days
1 Year of Customer Facing Experience
Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
Be highly attentive to details
Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

Recognize and qualify personal insurance opportunities in person, online, by phone, and through electronic communication
Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals
Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
Follow all company rules and regulations
Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
