Responsibilities

  • Sell with purpose by helping customers protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions
  • Educate and advise customers by confidently quoting and explaining auto, home, life, pet, and other personal insurance products
  • Generate and convert leads using a mix of AAA member referrals, inbound calls, walk-ins, internet inquiries, and proactive prospecting
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently nurturing leads through the sales process
  • Drive results by completing at least 50+ prospecting calls per week
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals and sales metrics, including a 33%+ closing ratio
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional AAA products and services to help AAA members get the most out of their membership.
