About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities for additional bonuses. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice and can work without an external office requirement. The position involves working in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
