About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business while building their own practice. The role involves educating potential clients, developing community and industry connections, cultivating a client base, and investing time and resources in growing the business. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions and incentives and bonuses available during the first 36 months. The producer works under the guidance of a Regional Field Leader, who also serves as an Agency Consultant.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
