About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Little Rock, Arkansas, to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to a multi-line product portfolio, established books of business, and services intended to connect producers with prospective clients. This is a performance-based opportunity with a 1099 compensation structure, enhanced commissions, and incentives and production bonuses during the first 36 months. Producers are expected to build their own business and client base, develop community and market relationships, and invest time and resources in their business’s growth. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
