About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building and growing an independent business. The role offers a multi-line product portfolio, access to established books of business, value-added services, and opportunities to connect with prospective clients through community, networking, and industry events. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based and includes enhanced commissions, uncapped earning potential, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Top performers may also earn all-expenses-paid trips. The producer is guided by a mentor agent and supported in developing a client base and achieving business growth.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
