Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Front desk or administrative experience considered
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Reliable transportation
- Internet connection for hybrid work

Responsibilities
- Handle 35-45 inbound calls per day from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
- Assist customers with homeowners insurance questions related to payments, coverage, and policy information
- Research accounts and document interactions across multiple systems
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service
- Multitask between calls, emails, and internal systems
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and professionalism on every interaction
