About The Position

Philip Baker Insurance Services is a family-run, independent insurance agency based in Blandon, PA, proudly protecting individuals, families, and businesses across Pennsylvania since 2002. Built on trust, personal service, and affordable coverage, we partner with more than a dozen leading carriers to tailor the right coverage for each client's unique situation. We're a small, close-knit team where everyone wears more than one hat, and where long-term relationships with clients and coworkers alike are at the center of how we work. Philip Baker Insurance is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as a first point of contact for our clients. This is a phone-first role. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a small-agency environment, stays calm and empathetic under pressure, and takes pride in building genuine relationships with the people they serve. This role offers a competitive compensation package including paid time off, paid holidays, and health insurance. This is a full-time, 100% in-person position, Monday through Friday.
