About The Position

As a Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team at McGriff, a division of Marsh Agency, you will work with a team dedicated to exceptional client service. You will support the team by maintaining client information, issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, invoicing, reviewing policies, processing endorsements, and addressing other client service needs. The role supports business insurance and client-focused services within an organization that combines local consulting with global resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and use multiple applications.
• Strong organizational and project skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete critical and sensitive activities on time.
• Ability to respond quickly to client requests and provide appropriate information.
• Accountability for the quality of work.
• Adaptability, flexibility, curiosity, and motivation to learn and solve problems.

Nice To Haves

• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• One to two years of industry-specific experience.
